Document Signing — Statement of Work

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is entered into pursuant to and governed by the Master Services Agreement (the "Agreement") between HireArt, Inc. ("Client") and the undersigned Contractor. By signing below, Contractor agrees to the project terms described herein.

1. Project Details

Contractor will deliver the project described below. The following values are merge fields populated from the engagement form and rendered as plain text.

Tasks

Conduct keyword research, design 5 new wireframes, migrate 50 pages of content, and optimize images

Out of Scope

Writing new marketing copy, creating videos, or managing the social media launch

Standards

All work must comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

2. Expected Deliverables

Phase 1: Keyword Strategy Document Phase 2: Final wireframes and prototype in Figma Phase 3: Completed and staged website ready for QA

Each phase is subject to a written acceptance review by Client. Phase fees become payable upon Client's written acceptance of the corresponding deliverable.

3. Term & Expiration

This SOW is effective on the date last signed below and remains in effect until the Expiration Date noted above, unless extended by written agreement between the parties. Any deliverables not accepted prior to expiration will be governed by Section 7 (Termination) of the Master Services Agreement.

This Statement of Work expires on: 05 / 31 / 2026
